This hotel could be a nice place to come back but it isn't, unfortunately. We stayed in between 29.10-06.10 (2022) in the main building' room and the room photos will say everything by themselves. Check them out before doing your choice as they can really save you vacation. First and the main issue: photos on web do not reflect the disaster of the main building' rooms. This accommodation should be classified as cheap hostel, not 4* hotel. The management is saving money on everything, starting with low-quality drinks and poor air conditioning, and continuing with Wi-Fi routers, pillows, and even the lowest quality of the toilet paper :)) The staff work at 100% but their capacity is not enough because you (managers) love money more than people. I would love to visit Greece again, but not this hotel. ????????: - Hotel territory / external design, close location to the sea. - Sun beds, umbrellas, towels availability and their cleanliness. - Hotel staff (except receptionists problem solving actions). Friendly, helpful, hardworking people. - Food (repetitive but still good). - Quiet place without animations, loud music or other crazy things. No strangers and neighbor hotels. ????????: - Drinks were awful. Cheap lemonades had often run out of syrup. Wine (red or white, doesn’t matter) with strange smell like it was spoiled. Water with taste like it was directly from the tap. Coffee… you better not even try :) - Poor climatization system in the main building. One day climatization system stopped working properly. Instead of cooling it was heating and it was uncomfortable to be either in the room or in the dinning hall. Receptionists advised us to open the window :)) - Wi-Fi was dead in the room of the main building. You can find it in corridor but come on, it’s not normal. - Service in the dinning hall was 50/50 successful. And the problem seems to be not in the staff but rather in management. Waiters could work at 100% but not meet the visitors expectations due to their capacity. Guests were not having their drinks in time. Cle
