As our new Technical SEO Specialist, you will explore and implement technical SEO recommendations. You will engage with various teams across the CEE region, looking for new and exciting solutions to help us grow. You will enjoy watching your ideas become reality – measured by growth, visibility and meaningful business results. As part of the broader CEE SEO team, you will drive synergy by combining local knowledge with collaboration to achieve success.

What you’ll do

• Partner with IT and Product teams to implement SEO recommendations and track their impact.
• Review upcoming website changes and make sure SEO best practices are baked in.
• Keep our websites technically healthy and share ideas for improvement.

 What we’re looking for

• 3+ years of proven SEO experience driving organic growth (ideally in e-commerce or travel).
• Native Czech speaker with fluent English (spoken & written).
• Strong expertise in international SEO (multi-regional / multi-language sites).
• Experience with migrations, launches, and replatforming projects.
• Deep knowledge of SEO tools (GSC, GA, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.).
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into action.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-moving, collaborative setup.
• Hands-on, proactive, and ownership-driven from strategy to execution.
• Always curious about SEO trends and algorithm changes — and how to turn them into wins.
