Now we’re looking for a skilled Senior Compensation & Benefits Specialist (CEE Region) to shape and develop our compensation and benefits strategy across CEE markets.

 

Key responsibilities:  

Benchmarking & Market Analysis: 

  • Develop, refresh, and maintain job evaluation frameworks and market benchmarking to ensure fairness, competitiveness, and internal equity. 

Reward Strategy Execution: 

  • Partner with the CEE Director for Total Rewards & HR Ops to design, deliver and continuously improve our reward strategy – aligned with business objectives and attractive to employees. 

Annual Pay Review & Bonus Cycles: 

  • Coordinate the annual salary review and bonus cycles from planning to communication, ensuring smooth execution across multiple countries and stakeholder groups. 

Pay Modelling & Forecasting: 

  • Build and refine pay models for accurate cost forecasting, wage growth projections, and pay structure adjustments. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to management based on data analysis.

Expert Advisory & Strategic Projects:

  • Act as a subject-matter expert on compensation, bonus design, grading, and reward communication projects. Drive improvements in how reward topics are understood across all employee groups – from office teams to front-line roles. 

Budget planning and monitoring:

  • Develop and manage compensation and benefits budgets, ensuring alignment with business and financial objectives,
  • Lead forecasting processes, providing accurate projections of workforce costs, FTEs, and related C&B expenses,
  • Monitor and analyze headcount trends, identifying risks and opportunities for optimization,
  • Support business leaders and HR partners with data-driven insights for workforce planning and decision-making,
  •  Evaluate compensation structures and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness, consistency, and cost efficiency,
  • Prepare reports and dashboards for senior management, highlighting key trends and scenarios,
  •  Collaborate with Finance, HRBPs, and leadership teams to ensure integration of C&B strategies into overall business planning.

Requirements: 

  • Proven experience in Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards (preferably across multiple markets or in an international environment), 
  • Strong analytical and modelling skills with excellent command of Excel (experience with BI and HRIS tools is a plus), 
  • Deep understanding of compensation frameworks, grading, incentive schemes, and benefits design, 
  • Fluency in English (working language across the region), 
  • Proactive, collaborative approach with strong stakeholder management and the ability to influence decision-making.
