We’re looking for an experienced and data-driven CRM Marketing Specialist to join our growing team and take our customer engagement to the next level.

What you’ll do

• Support the migration and development of new CDP/Marketing Automation solutions.
• Manage and optimize omni-channel campaigns (email, SMS, web & mobile push).
• Design and implement automation flows and personalization strategies that boost conversions and retention.
• Collaborate with tech and marketing teams to develop CRM tools and integrations.
• Use analytics (GA4, Looker Studio) to measure performance and identify growth opportunities.

What we’re looking for

• 2+ years of experience in CRM / Marketing Automation (ideally in e-commerce).
• Solid understanding of personalized omni-channel communication and deliverability best practices.
• Technical know-how: HTML/CSS/JS, API/webhooks, dynamic templates.
• Knowledge of Bloomreach is a strong plus and Samba.ai is an advantage
• Analytical mindset, creative communication skills, and fluent English.
