At Invia CEE x Travelplanet x Wakacje the leading online travel group in Central and Eastern Europe we’re looking for a new teammate to join our small but dynamic Controlling team within the Finance Department. Someone who loves working with numbers and spreadsheets — but also enjoys collaborating with people. If you’re curious, analytical, and like to dig deep into data to uncover insights, we’d love to meet you!

What you’ll do

  • Preparing regular reports for management and shareholders
  • Supporting senior colleagues with budgets, forecasts, and business plans
  • Tracking and analyzing variances between budget/forecast and actual results
  • Modeling Cash Flow development
  • Conducting ad hoc analyses — e.g., profitability of travel products, insurance, flights, parking, and more
  • Working with entities in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Hungary
  • Using tools like Excel, Power BI, and MicroStrategy on a daily basis

You’ll collaborate across the company

  • Work closely with our accounting teams in CZ, SK, and HU
  • Partner with IT developers to enhance our reporting systems
  • Regularly communicate with management, Marketing, Product, and Sales departments
  • Liaise with external auditors and consultants
  • Support colleagues across the Finance Department
  • Be part of an international environment — working with Invia Group and our parent company, Wirtualna Polska

What we expect

  • Degree in Economics or Finance (open also to fresh graduates)
  • At least 1 year of experience in controlling, accounting, or finance (internships count!)
  • Solid English communication skills (German or Hungarian is a plus)
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial statements
  • Knowledge of Premier accounting software is an advantage
  • Attention to detail, independence, and friendly assertiveness
  • Availability to start ideally right away
