At Invia x Wakacje x Travelplanet, the leading online travel group in Central and Eastern Europe, we’re looking for a skilled Senior Reward and Benefit Specialist to shape and develop our compensation and benefits strategy across CEE markets.

What You’ll Do

  • Benchmarking and Market Analysis: Develop, refresh, and maintain effective job evaluation and market benchmarking strategies to ensure fairness, competitiveness, and internal equity.
  • Reward Strategy Execution: Support CEE Director for Total Rewards and HR Ops to design, deliver, and continuously improve a reward strategy that is aligned with our business goals and attractive to employees.
  • Pay Review Planning and Delivery: Coordinate the annual pay review process, ensuring smooth collaboration with key stakeholder groups.
  • Bonus Processes Management: Oversee the design and delivery of annual bonus schemes, ensuring transparency and consistency.
  • Recognition Schemes: Enhance and manage recognition initiatives that support a positive, inclusive, and high-performing culture.
  • Pay Modelling Ownership: Build, refine, and maintain pay models for accurate forecasting, including national wage projections and pay structure changes. Provide clear recommendations to stakeholders based on your analysis.
  • Leadership: Act as an expert on key projects involving compensation, bonus design, grading, and more, and drive improvements in how reward information is communicated across diverse employee groups – from office-based teams to customer-facing roles.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards (preferably across multiple markets or in an international environment),
  • Strong analytical and modelling skills with excellent command of Excel (experience with BI and HRIS tools is a plus),
  • Deep understanding of compensation frameworks, grading, incentive schemes, and benefits design,
  • Fluency in English (working language across the region),
  • Proactive, collaborative approach with strong stakeholder management and the ability to influence decision-making.
