At Invia x Wakacje x Travelplanet, the leading online travel company in Central and Eastern Europe, we are looking for a Business Development Coordinator to strengthen our Business Development team. You will play a key role in driving additional travel services, payment solutions, and new e-commerce initiatives across our markets.

Position Summary

The Business Development Coordinator for CEE+ focused on Ancillary Services is responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and optimization of ancillary revenue products across the CEE+ region. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, coordinating regional initiatives, and ensuring the effective rollout and performance of ancillary services in cooperation with internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of the ancillary services strategy across the CEE+ region.
  • Identify and evaluate opportunities to expand ancillary revenue streams (e.g., eSim, Facultative Trips, Car Rental, partnerships).
  • Coordinate implementation of new ancillary products in cooperation with commercial, marketing, digital, and operational teams.
  • Monitor performance of ancillary services and prepare regular reports, analyses, and recommendations.
  • Work closely with local markets to ensure effective adoption and promotion of ancillary products.
  • Assist in negotiating and managing relationships with external partners and service providers.
  • Coordinate cross-departmental projects related to ancillary services and revenue optimization.
  • Track market trends, competitor offerings, and customer behavior in the CEE+ region.
  • Support preparation of business cases, presentations, and internal documentation.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in business development, commercial strategy, service delivery management or a related role.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and projects across different markets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; additional CEE languages are a plus.
