Senior Sales Analyst – CEE Sales Analytics

Are you an experienced analyst who enjoys turning complex sales data into clear business decisions? Do you understand commercial performance, can identify meaningful trends and feel confident presenting recommendations to business stakeholders?

Join our CEE Sales Analytics team and help shape commercial decisions for Invia.cz, one of the leading online travel companies in the Czech market and part of the international group.

What you’ll be doing:

• Analyze sales performance, customer behavior and market trends.
• Deliver actionable recommendations for the Invia.cz Sales organization.
• Monitor and explain key KPIs: sales value, conversion, average booking value, destination/product mix and lead time.
• Build and develop reports and dashboards using SQL, Power BI, and Python.
• Support forecasting, planning, budgeting, and regular performance reviews.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses and translate business questions into structured analytical solutions.
• Present insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Improve reporting, metric definitions and analytical processes.

What we expect from you:

• 3+ years of experience in business, commercial, sales, or data analytics.
• Strong practical knowledge of SQL.
• Working experience with Power BI
• Python skills are a strong advantage.
• Experience in e-commerce, travel, retail, marketplace or another dynamic commercial environment.
• Ability to independently turn an ambiguous question into a practical recommendation.
• Strong business mindset and stakeholder-management skills.
• Clear communication and presentation skills.
• Proactivity, ownership and comfort with changing priorities.
• Good command of English
