Senior Reward Specialist

We're looking for an experienced Senior Reward & Benefits Specialist who will help drive compensation and benefits initiatives across our Central and Eastern European markets. This role combines reward expertise, data-driven decision-making and close collaboration with business leaders.

What you'll be responsible for

• Designing and continuously improving compensation and benefits programs across multiple markets
• Creating salary structures, pay bands and market benchmarking analyses
• Supporting pay transparency, internal equity and reward governance initiatives
• Coordinating annual salary review and bonus processes
• Delivering reward analytics, reporting and workforce cost insights
• Partnering with managers and stakeholders to support informed compensation decisions
• Supporting personnel cost planning, budgeting and forecasting activities
• Identifying opportunities to improve reward processes through automation and AI-driven solutions 

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards or a similar reward-focused role
• Strong knowledge of salary benchmarking, pay structures and reward frameworks
• Experience with budgeting, workforce planning or personnel cost management
• Advanced analytical skills and confidence working with complex data sets
• Excellent Excel skills and experience with reporting tools
• Fluency in English
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• A proactive mindset and willingness to challenge the status quo

Nice to have

• Experience in an international or multi-country environment
• Experience with HRIS, BI tools or data visualization platforms
• Knowledge of EU pay transparency and reward trends
• Experience using AI tools to improve analytics and operational efficiency
