UX Researcher – Czech market
UX Researcher – Czech market
Invia x Travelplanet.pl x Wakacje.pl is one of the largest travel groups in Europe. Every year, we help over 6 million customers plan their holidays, and there is much more to our success than just sales and customer service. It is driven by specialists in IT, product development, data, marketing, HR, finance, sales and customer experience, who work every day to develop solutions for millions of travellers. Whichever team you join, you’ll have a real impact on how people plan and enjoy their holidays.
About the role
The Czech Republic is our most important market in Central and Eastern Europe. We're looking for a UX Researcher who will help us understand Czech travellers and the colleagues who serve them, and turn that understanding into better products.
You'll research both sides of our business: customers who plan and book their holidays on Invia.cz, and the sales and customer service teams who work in our in-house CRM. You'll join the CEE Design & User Insights team, which works across Invia, Wakacje.pl and Travelplanet, and you'll work closely with designers, product owners, analysts and business teams.
This is a fixed-term role for about two years, covering a colleague's maternity leave with the possibility of extension.
What you'll do
- Plan and run research end to end: research questions, participant recruitment, sessions, analysis and recommendations.
- Research the customer journey on Invia.cz and keep our Customer Journey Maps up to date, so teams can use them in their daily work.
- Evaluate new features of our internal sales and service tools with business owners and agents, through regular surveys and usability tests.
- Combine qualitative findings with survey and analytics data.
- Share findings clearly, with recommendations teams can act on, and document them in our research repository.
- Help Czech teams run lightweight research on their own, using your methods and guidance.
What we're looking for
- Hands-on UX research experience at mid or senior level, ideally 3+ years.
- Strong qualitative skills, especially interviews and moderated usability tests. You're comfortable with surveys and basic quantitative analysis.
- You can plan and deliver studies on your own and prioritise requests from several stakeholders.
- Clear communication: you turn findings into a story and recommendations, not just a report.
- Czech at native level and English at B2 level or higher.
- Experience with Figma, Jira, Confluence and survey tools. Using AI tools in research is a plus.
- Experience with both consumer products and internal or B2B tools is a plus, as is a background in e-commerce or travel.
What we offer
- A role with real impact: you'll be the dedicated researcher for our key market.
- Work from Prague, Brno or remotely, with occasional office days, e.g. for workshops with stakeholders.
- An international team across the Czech Republic and Poland that shares research methods and AI-supported ways of working.
- Meal vouchers worth 130 Kč, 28 days’ holiday, a MultiSport card, Cafeterie, a contribution towards a pension scheme, a bonus of 20,000 Kč for referring a new colleague, and other attractive benefits
