Our opinion:

FLIGHT to Goa (GOI), about 170 km. All flight prices daily via CRS. Transfer airport GOI included. Last possible return transfer to Goa at 6 pm (check-out 11am). No night transfers possible. If required, a hotel in the airport and a transfer to the airport can be booked. Children: under 15 years not allowed.

On the west coast of India in the state of Karnataka, above the famous Om Beach's is the idyllic SwaSwara. In Sanskrit, Swa looks for "self" and Swara for "sound". In the midst of an approximately 10 ha palm grove, the resort offers soothing tranquility and lets you listen to your "inner sound". The monsoon season, from June to October, offers the best conditions for Ayurveda treatment. Goa is located 170 km away.

24 Konkan villas (140 sqm) are distributed in the palm garden. All are built and arranged in traditional style using local materials and have an in part open bathroom with shower and toilet, telephone, hair dryer, safe, coffee / tea making facilities, mini bar, air conditioning in bedrooms, small garden, outdoor seating area and yoga deck upstairs.

Healthy and balanced meals based on Ayurvedic principles, individually adapted to the dosha by Ayurveda doctor, are offered in the open restaurant. The meals consist of fresh vegetables grown on site or from the local market and seafood. Meat and hard alcohol is not served. Vegan and gluten-free dishes are also available.

Painting or pottery classes at the Art Centre, cultural evening events, cooking classes, trips to the Hindu pilgrimage town of Gokarna with visiting many temples are all available for your enjoyment.

Experienced Ayurveda doctors and therapists. In 6 treatment rooms Ayurvedic treatments like Abhyanga full body massage, Shirodhara oil forehead shower, Sirovasthi oil head bath, Mukhalepam facial treatments, Nasyam nose cleansing or Kizhyi are performed. Daily yoga and meditation in the meditation center support the success of the stay. German speaking translation will be organised upon request (fee may apply).
