Water in swimming pool was absolutely green. Some part of the second swimming pool was without water, but full of waste, mud, PET bottles and plastics wraps.
Everywhere was rubbish and dirty. In rooms and mainly around the hotel.
Staff was really unfriendly and room was cleaned only once per 10 days.
Food was regularly cold and not good tasted. Also still were missing plates and forks and spoons.
Wi-fi internet in loby was available max for about 5 people, then was not possible to connect there (this hotel has about 1000 rooms!).
Water in bath was always cold.
Exchange rate in hotel was the worst, what I have seen on Sunny beach.
NEVER CHOOSE THIS HOTEL!
Also whole Bulgaria is very dirty, so last time in Bulgaria
