Pobyt se nám líbil, služby byly dobré, jídlo perfektní.

Ubytování
Na pokoji v nejvyšším patře nás zejména v noci rušilo průvanem (několikacentimetrové mezery zejména okolo dveří a nedoléhající okna) způsobené bouchání a vrzání.

The hotel is NOT 4,5 stars. It is 3 stars at best:
Overall: slight disappointment. Pay more and choose better and newer hotel closer to the city. Tours and day trips were great.
1) The food was tolerable - mostly overcooked/overboiled, drinks - watered down. Deserts - great!
2)The hotel room: the bathroom - very old, hairdryer was broken, the door was rotten. We had constant problems with keeping the entrance door closed, could not open it from the first time.
3) Staff was very nice, although we had only one unpleasant interaction, where the staff member was fishing for the tips pretty aggressively.
4) The sea is NOT close as on the picture. Because of the tie, it went far away and stayed there, hence, the only way to swim is to walk to the end of the pier. Otherwise, the beach was pleasant, except CONSTANT cold wind.
It was pretty cold and SUPER WINDY, so we did not tan and swam only once. The only fun days were day trips to Luxor or Bedouin settlement, otherwise we just sat in the hotel room all week :/

1)The hairdryer almost blew up in my hand, I had to throw it immediately away once I switched it on.
2) There was NO complimentary shampoo, neither shower gels, no bathrobes. Everything can be bought only in the pharmacy shop as I assume intended.
3) We could barely close our door to the room, and was a big problem to open it.

The deserts and side dishes were nice, but the rest was always overcooked, overboiled, overoiled.

1)Reception and cleaning team were super nice.
2)As soon as we paid 20$ ( for 2 people ) to check in earlier, we were immediately harassed by manager/supervisor who kept coming and knocking to ask for... honestly... BS things. It was obvious he was fishing for the tips. We were super tired after the overnight flight, and it was pretty irritating as he kept waking us up.
